oyapakeh is the most beautiful dive site around with untouched corals! Since there is always a current between Ceningan and Nusa Penida you will find this one of the most diverse and rich dive sites around the three islands. Toyapakeh in Balinese means ‘salt water’ and is often expressed as the Jewel of Penida. The bottom structure is a set of plateaus filled with healthy and attractive coral formations starting at 3 meters of depth. You will be surrounded by uncountable different kind of species and clouds of reef fish. A small list of what you can see here are: mantis shrimp, trumpet fish, frogfish, lionfish, clownfish (nemo), ribbon eels, scorpion fish and more then you can imagine. On the perfect day you can even see the Mola Mola’s or Eagle ray passing by.
