Everybody should be able to give Primary and Secondary care in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, not everybody can do this. This is where the Emergency First Response training comes into play!
- Primary Care teaches you the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies, such as CPR.
- Secondary Care teaches you what to do when there is no life-threatening situation, such as bandaging, splinting, direct pressure on arterial bleedings and more.
In total, this course will give you the practical and theoretical tools to act as competently as possible in a medical emergency. Emergency First Response Primary (CPR) and Secondary care (First aid) also is the basics for your PADI Rescue Diver course.
